* £120 per hour covers the initial call-out and the first part of the repair, assuming no new parts are required. This also includes the labour for that initial repair.
* If a part is needed, there will be an additional cost for the part itself.
* On top of the part cost, there will be an extra £80 per hour for the labour involved in replacing

This is for a basic service to satisfy manufacturer’s warranty and many insurance requirements. While it prevents some more common issues from arising extra charge. By the regulations requirement to have a carbon monoxide alarm in any room with a gas appliance such as a boiler and fire place we can do for extra cost if you don’t have it.
*Should you have additional works, such as servicing a second appliance (such as a Megaflo, unvented cylinder, fire ) £40 extra
